Welcome.... This is a thread created for January 2014 Broward College students and others who are interested in there ADN program. We all have so many questions and concerns about the program.
We are 7-8 months away from sitting in the first class of the January 2014 nursing program. What have you been doing to prepare for this? What pre-req's do you have left to take? What inspired you to become a nurse? Is BC your first school of chose? Are there any other programs your interested in?
Guys I turned in my application this morning. By noon it said I was pre admission. By 1:30 I was selected to be in the program. Oh my gosh I'm so excited. The lady in admissions told me I will hear something by the end of the week but I didn't expect today. I am so happy right now!!! I have my email that says come to to orientation Oct 17 at 9:00 am. It's a go for me. YES!!!!!!![/quote']

Lol the same thing happened to me last week the lady in admissions told me I would hear something by the end of the week but 30 mins later I was pre admission!!! Congrats to you!!
