2012 January Aria students?

Hi. Anyone apply for Aria SON? for January 2012 start?:)

@bumblebee: I truly appreciate all your input! I feel more at ease the more knowledge i can obtain about the future ^^

- anyone going to the CPR training tomorrow? I remember Barb, you mentioned you are, right? I just realized that these classes are typically more than 4hours long.. i wonder how long tmrw's will be. I shall call in tomorrow morning after my TDap tests and find out. Idk whether to endure the 1hr bus ride or drive up yucky roosevelt blvd for it =\

I am going to CPR tomorrow. It will be about 2-3 hrs ( that's what the lady told me who register me for it).

What?!?!.... my class at jefferson was 4.5hrs long

Sorry. My mistake. I thought she said 2-3 hrs... I don't know where I got that from. Just went back to the email and this is what she wrote "We do schedule the class for 4 hours. *However, depending on circumstances, it could be earlier."

I'll be at CPR class tomorrow also. I never got up to pick up my book! :( Oh well, I'll just have to pay close attention. I had my certification once before but it's been two years. I need a thorough retraining! :) This mind of mine is like a sieve any more. I also go for my. drug testing right before CPR class...see you girls there! :yeah:

I called in and Ellen said to give about 3.5 hours, so ill be taking good ol' Septa there. I picked up the book but had no time to finish reading it. its just about 80 pages =X im nervous because I've only had the basic high school CPR certifications in the past. But I'm excited to see my future classmates there! :D

Celeste and YYKS - good to connect a face with a computer "alias" haha. I think CPR class went relatively well today. Chris seems like a nice person doesn't he? Anyway, that's another thing down. I'm so excited I cannot wait to start school. :)

@momofsix- I know- but it's still hard to refer to you and Celeste by real names lol I got so used to the nicknames

I'm scared of what's to come ( money ) when we have to get uniforms and books and shoes and ... And... Yeah... Hubby's wallet is getting thin haha

Chris was very nice- but I think he wa a little nervous- which wasso cute lol. He's a nice guy though- very down to earth

haha I'm more than happy to have gotten that over with! It was a pleasure to meet the both of you :)

Chris did seem nervous. However, I got there at 12 and walked in and said, "sorry, i hope you dont mind im extra early, i took the bus" she replied saying "yeah, actually i do." -_- i sat outside and i hear her complaining about Chris' itinerary :/ maybe thats why?

anyway! im happy because i thought there'd be practical test and there wasnt so yippeee. :lol2:

Yeah, I've been thinking about the expenses to come and it gets me stressed, but then I look to the brighter future ahead when we'll be nurses making that bank! ;P It's what gets me thru :D

....LESS THAN 60 days before we start nursing school! :yeah:

Hey guys!! How are you? I pray that all is well!! I just wanted to stop by and thank you guys for all the support you guys gave me when ARIA didnt accept me..Also I wanted to tell you guys I just got accepted into Northeastern and will be starting in January!!!!! I guess it was in Gods plan for me to start Nursing school in January just not at ARIA. I wish you guys the best of luck!!..I guess Temple is my lucky school..lol first my undergrad and now nursing school..lol..Again Congrats to you all :)

HI!!!!! I am sooooo happy you let us know you got accepted into Northeastern. BUT I have to tell you I am VERY disappointed that you will not be my classmate :( ...Anyway, I am very good friends with Pat in the office there at Northeastern and I also work at Fox Chase with a guy named Dave who will be in your class - very nice guy. So, you're in excellent hands!! Everything works the way it does because it is what's best for us...we both know what ;) Please, put me on your friend list here on all nurses and keep in touch.
