Hi. Anyone apply for Aria SON? for January 2012 start?:)

@ Jess02 - Hope you don't get frustrated easily. I didn't get my results for the drug screen either. Times going by so fast and before you know it will be in class learning fundamentals and everything else. :yeah:

Nah it usually takes a lot to get me frustrated but since i know this is going to be a lot, i know there's no doubt i'll get frustrated at some point or other but i'll bounce back! Yeah i can't believe december's already around the corner! :D

got my FBI clearence back yesterday.. I'm worried bc I don't think I signed the.child abuse app, I wasnt sure when I would be able to have time to get the money order. I hope they still process it.

Hopefully it'll go through, they'd probably contact you right away if there was a problem. :) I got my fbi clearance back too earlier this week but the child abuse clearance is taking longer. I had seen in another aria post that it took a few weeks b4 anyone got their results back from them..

@ Jess - understood. Sure in one way or the other will shall have some crazy days.

Hope you guys get your child abuse results soon. Mine didn't take long at all.

If all goes well, I should be done with all my submissions end of this week.

Mean while, the count down is still on. :)

You will have like 3 or 4 different teachers in 111. its like that every semester. i think kerri just teaches the most....

Hi everyone, just an FYI: I sent my child abuse forms away on October 22nd and got them back yesterday 11/5. Also, be careful when you send in your insurance cards. I forgot to attach mine to the form they gave us before I faxed it and the school declined it! Because I just faxed the front and back of the insurance card on plain paper! ugh.

Also, has anyone looked at the book list? I wonder if we can purchase these off line if we have the money to do so now? Or, do we have to wait? Do you think there is any chance they'll be changed? I don't want to buy them and then not be able to use them.

Bumblebees group isn't required to use any type of iphone or ipod, but yet they have this listed as one of the "books" on our book list...although it doesn't say "required". I wonder if they're just giving us the option to use this:

Any thoughts on buying the books early?

Thanks for the info! I don't think they'd be changing the booklist. I'm also planning to start buying the books from amazon/ebay/whatever place is cheapest so im not buying a bunch of expensive books at once. As far as the Itouch thing, it's probably optional and i think a paperback copy would work just as well. I think it's more of a matter of convenience for the itouch books bc it's quick and easy access to the info when you need it and you don't have to lug the books around.

Oh and since those don't have "required" written next to them, i don't think i'll buy them until class starts and see what the instructor says about them.

when the instructors lecture depends on how they set it up so idk.

i would just buy your fundamentals book for now.

and i wrote in previous post that i have the medical dictionary from a previous class so i didnt have to buy it. but im a year in and still have not used it. so i dont know why they say we should have it.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I figured the Iapplications would be optional but I wanted to get some other opinions.
