I haven't received anything about the orientation. But we still have like 3 weeks.

Does anyone know, will we need to pay for the uniforms at the orientation?

the only thing i received was a letter from the financial aid department, thats all. Can you guys believe in SEVEN weeks we will be starting NURSING SCHOOL??? whoo hooo hehehehehe lol so happy

Hi girls,

YES we need to pay for uniforms at orientation - I think on the 8th. I got my book from amazon and I paid $64 plus 3.99 shipping. It's new. When I ordered it there was only 5 left, so if 2 of us bought it, then there are 3 left...?? But there's all kinds on the internet and you'll be able to get it cheaper than school at least. I'm going to order a couple more but not until I find out what classes I have.

I am very excited for you guys starting in January!! I am a very HOPEFUL Aria nursing student and I am anticipating getting in for September 2012 (keeping fingers crossed) I love this website and the ability it gives all of us going through the process of staying positive regarding getting into school and also excited about our amazing future as nurses! :)

Hi PhilliesGirl,

Before you know it, you'll also be posting on here, I got accepted!!! It's my hope and prayer that your hearts desires are granted. Trust me, I've talked to some people (mostly future nursing students ) about Aria Health and they look at me like am crazy and they respond by saying I'm applying Thomas Jefferson or Penn and just that negative chat. But my mind is set and am happy that am going to Aria. I've always felt better logging onto this site and talking to people that are optimistic and have the same goal.

Is anyone else having trouble with their records being uploaded?? Some of my papers keep getting denied. It seems to be the ones that you have to attach numerous papers, maybe im doing something wrong? help !!

Avg5012 - i had the same issue. What you need to do with the multiple paged documents is first upload the 1st pg. Then name it example avg5012's medical history pg 1 & save it without checking the box in part 2 .. Then upload the next document, name it and if thats the last one then check the box in the 2nd section for the specific documents u uploaded. Hope that helps..
