Dear Mr. Jacob Rockstar RN Psych Nurse Action Figure,

Isn't wearing a lanyard on a psych floor a little bit dangerous? I am thinking along the lines of "patient out of control = nurse strangulation."

I took that into consideration, but after the clasp releases, you basically have a "lethal shoelace." Although I guess anything could be used for a weapon, and if one wants to attack or self harm I guess they will find a way (sigh).
