Hi!
I didn't see a thread for this and wanted to start something up. I have read up on discussions online, talked to people I know, and watched some youtube videos to see how other are doing. I just basically want to know where everyone is at in the admission process. What are your teas scores? Have you applied? Which program ASN or LPN?
Thanks and good luck!

I certainly hope you're right. I applied with 144/160 and I have a lot of people telling me I'm "good" but I don't trust it until I see it! I'm so afraid that I may have made a stupid error on my app. Which campus did you apply to?
You should definitely be good then! I wouldn't worry too much if you can help it. I was really worried about missing something or screwing something up on my app, too, but I just triple-checked literally everything like 5 times before turning it in. We got this
I applied at Gary but I could go to either the Crown Point or Valparaiso locations.
I applied at Indy and Columbus (Indy is my first choice). The secretary did look over the app when I turned it in so I suppose she would have said if it was missing anything. The wait is going to be excruciating! Good luck to you
I thought the TEAS was bad but this waiting stuff is awful haha.
I am attending the South Bend campus and applied to both ASN and LPN programs. I had 2 A's in Pysch and English and a B in Anatomy 1. My TEAS score was pretty low (68% because the science was hard to me). I think I may have a chance at LPN but not the ASN because of my TEAS. My GPA is a 3.7 :)
I applied at Gary, Valpo and South Bend. My total score was 141/160. How many applicants do they take at South Bend? They take 20 at Valpo and 20 at Gary I was told.
Technically you only have to apply at either Gary or Valpo since they're considered part of the same nursing program. When they get the applications for Gary/Valpo, they determine which accepted students go to which campus based on preferred and living location listed on the app (Crown Point or Valpo).
I was hoping more Sellersburg people would be on here. Lol. I applied to the LPN and ASN program at Sellersburg with a TEAS score of 90. If I keep my A in anatomy, then I'll have a 150/160. I'm still nervous about it though. I hate waiting.
Your score is insane. I would be BEYOND SHOCKED if you didn't get in. I saw a couple of Spring applicants get in with scores in the 120s. I would expect them to be a little higher for Fall since there are more applicants, but 150 is crazy good.

So many Ivy Tech-ers! Sweet!
Hoping I see some of you in Fall 2015 at my campus :)
I applied with an 82% on my TEAS and all A's in my 3 pre-reqs so that gives me a total of 142/160 points.
I'm hopeful this is enough!
I am definitely not bragging since I know there are definitely higher scores, but so far I haven't met anyone in person who has scored in the 80s yet at my campus. The adviser told a girl last semester that the highest accepted into the Spring 2015 semester was 80 and the lowest was a 60 so I feel like I'm in the clear!
