Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for those of us planning on applying by April 1st....
Has anyone taken the TEAS yet? Where are you with your pre-reqs? What campus are you applying to?
I am planning on taking the TEAS in December, so I have enough time to retake it :) and this is my first semester at Ivy Tech. I'm taking APHY 101, ENGL 111, and PSYC 101 all this semester and I will complete APHY 102 next semester. I am planning on applying to Indy.

i think it would have said it in the denial letter. i'm still waiting to hear from columbus and anderson...the letter from anderson will probably be here this afternoon.
It is official denied with a 203. so made i had all a's and wasted two years for this. my letter doesn't say anything about alternate positions. Anyone that got in willing to share their score? well hopping for lpn
cssmith: i understand what you mean,i feel the same way. 2 years of stress and straight As for nothing...........heres hoping for lpn for all of us that didnt make it.
I feel sick. I didn't take my classes twice i got the A's with hard hard work the first time. Its not fair at all. I can't take my teas anymore so no matter what im stuck with the 203. just keep praying for us all there is still a chance i just don't want to wait anymore. If i can't make it in this fall i am transferring to iupuc for the bsn program. I will still apply for spring but if i don't get in at least i will be working on the bsn
just think about the people that had to retake courses to get the a's we earned the first time around! doesn't seem fair...
that's pretty much my school of thought too...i passed with 100% in both anp classes and barely cracked open my books. that should really count for something that we passed on the first try. still no mail yet today, it'll be about another hour.
i only applies here because of financial and transportation reasons. its funny now instead of watching the mail man i am watching these blogs looking for acceptance scores. i didnt just get a's in my pre reques but i also have a's in all my coreqs with only one co req left. what are the students that have to take anp more than once (or up to 3 times) going to do when they are working on the real thing. the program is going to be just as challenging if not more. I guess thats why they have such a poor rate of nurses passing the boards.

The 204 that didnt get in was me. Does anyone know when they inform you if youre an alternate or not? Would it have said in my denial letter if I was?
