Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for those of us planning on applying by April 1st....
Has anyone taken the TEAS yet? Where are you with your pre-reqs? What campus are you applying to?
I am planning on taking the TEAS in December, so I have enough time to retake it :) and this is my first semester at Ivy Tech. I'm taking APHY 101, ENGL 111, and PSYC 101 all this semester and I will complete APHY 102 next semester. I am planning on applying to Indy.

columbus letters went out today. i feel very ill im sooooo nervous. i have a 199, very doubtful for asn but maybe not too low for an alt. letter?????
is everyone else biting their nails off?
you and i are in the same boat for columbus...i have a 199 there too. the next few days should be exciting with anderson and columbus letters coming at the same time! hopefully we'll both get some good news to make for a great weekend.
So they def went out today for Columbus? YAY! Its about time! Seems every campus has really high numbers this time around so Im hoping my 204 is good enough for the ASN.
I got into Anderson's ASN program with a 208. I was pretty psyched to see a large manila envelope (postmarked June 7) in my mailbox this afternoon. I celebrated with a scoop of coconut ice cream (it was surprisingly amazing).
hello to all, I am new on allnurses, but i have been following the blogs. Just wanted to tell y'all that i heard Columbus letters were to be mailed out today, but on the ivytech nursing forum someone posted that they had not been mailed as of 11am. I don't know what time their mail runs so they still could have went out, I am just not positive. Does anyone know for sure that they were mailed? good luck to all:clown:
I managed to get about 5 mins in the hot tub before the rain hit. I think that may just relax me enough to get through the night. For anyone who doesn't have one, go to Cal Spas right now....or possibly order one on EBay. Whatever it takes. Lol. Tomorrow is going to be a happy day for a lot of us!
gilla: i so hope you are right! im just doubtful because of the crazy high scores,you know.i suppose if we go out and see a huge manilla envelope then we are good...if its small,well then,we are screwed and have to wait til lpn letters go out (in july???!!!) lol. i have to say ive been keeping busy and knowing that we will know today is making me feel better. waitiing is killing me, i just want to know either way at this point:rolleyes:
How many Indy students applied to Columbus RN? Are they going to give up any seats? I heard last year that many PN's were moved up to RN due to Indy refusals. I did not get in Columbus RN with a 200.
