  1. cssmith: i understand what you mean,i feel the same way. 2 years of stress and straight As for nothing...........heres hoping for lpn for all of us that didnt make it.
  2. gilla: i so hope you are right! im just doubtful because of the crazy high scores, you know.i suppose if we go out and see a huge manilla envelope then we are good...if its small, well then,we are screwed and have to wait til lpn letters go out (in july???!!!) lol. i have to say ive been keeping busy and knowing that we will know today is making me feel better. waitiing is killing me, i just want to know either way at this point:rolleyes:
  3. columbus letters went out today. i feel very ill im sooooo nervous. i have a 199, very doubtful for ASN but maybe not too low for an alt. letter????? is everyone else biting their nails off?
  4. i didn't apply at btown but did columbus....and still waiting:sniff:.....im starting to get a little upset though at the level of unprofessionalism of ivytech. these are ppls lives that they have in their hands, and either way,we all deserve to know yes or no so that we can make plans. sschool starts mon and the deadline for refund is friday....anyone else in this boat? michelle
  5. The most recent I heard in Columbus was that the Lawrence cut-off was 205 and that the Columbus cut-off was 203. I had 210 in the Columbus program and when I went in I know someone that got in on the waitlist with a 198. ...................i just found this on indymoms webpage. i would have hope that this is the RN cutoffs, but a friend of mine got into indys LPN with a 207. so if the lpn cutoff was 203 then im out with my 199 (no region points).i dont know if its true, but i do know that us women are some great stalkers lol so maybe ppl are getting lucky and talking to the right ppl. i am going to iupui today though,i need to self preserve so if i get a rej. letter i wont fall into a depression.theres still hope but i dont know how promising this sounds... any thought?? michelle
  6. can i ask what you applied with to the lpn program> michelle
  7. i talked to the nursing dept.today....i broke down and called,i know....bad,bad....whatever lol. she said, and i quote "letters will be out next week,hopefully"..... seriously???? im going to go postal by then, this is killing me!! michelle
  8. will today be the day for columbus letters? i neeeeeeeeeeed to know if im going to be a michelle
  9. THANK YOU!! thank you.......:lol2:when i turned my packet in they asked me about my transcripts but i asked if they needed to be turned in by the app. deadline and she said "no,just as soon as you can".....well,i spaced it!! i feel better now, thanks so much:yeah: michelle
  10. i have a question for those of you that applied to multiple campuses......did you submit copies of your high school transcripts to each campus?? im so worried that i messed up,i was a lawrence student but transfered to columbus.so indy has my transcripts. am i screwed??? please please respond someone :smackingf
  11. im taking it as well, starts next wednesday. its a 10 week course,im nervous but excited! i like learning new things, esp. things that seem challenging:eek:. i am taking chem.111 as well, have to say I'm not too excited about that one! these are my last two non-nursing classes and im done! heres hoping I get in this fall:nurse:.if i dont.....well,im not thinking about that right now.... michelle
  12. i applied at columbus as well for both programs:nurse: my score is a 199. i have 4 A's and a 79 on the teas. i live in indy though,so i miss out on those 3 points....i am open minded about either, obviously hopeful for the asn program, but not too proud to take a lpn spot:w00t:i am praying for either.if i dont get in at all i am pretty sure i will be devasted,as i have worked soooo hard! as all of us have though, right?? good luck, hope we get in :) michelle
  13. congrats!!:yeah:i have my 102 final tomorrow night, then I am home free as well!!! i have an A in 101 and a 95% in 102, so as long as i get at least a 65% on the final im good to go:lol2: michelle
  14. :eek:omg!! 28 chapters in 2 months? that is crazy!! im in ap2 right now (final tomorrow) and it was a 4 month course. 101 was also 4 months. i would not know where to begin either, is that your only option to take it so quickly? i do not know that I would survive that:hdvwl: good luck though!! im rooting for you :) michelle
  15. i'll have 19 days off after i finish anatomy/phisiology 102 and before starting microbio and chem for summer school. as i'll be waiting for the dreaded(?) acceptance/rejection letter, i'll be doing as much as possible to keep my mind off that letter ....i think ill try to catch up on sleep, kick my running up a notch, and try my hardest to relax! here's to hoping for an acceptance letter:nurse:
