Ivy Tech - Fall 2012
Anyone out there apply for the transition? I applied to the Indy campus and havent seen anyone anywhere talking about the transition program. Hoping this is a good sign that there are not many applicants! My score was 173.3. Anyone know when letters for the transition to RN are to be mailed out?

Will they move an LPN to an RN spot if one comes open at Ivy Tech
Im already in the LPN program and two weeks into it. Just curious if an RN drops out during the first semester if they'll move an LPN to their place. Ive already contacted two different people in the Nursing Dept and they wont give me a straight Yes or No answer. I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone has heard of this happening.

Will they move an LPN to an RN spot if one comes open at Ivy Tech
Does anyone know if they'll move an LPN to an open RN spot at Ivy Tech Columbus if one comes open? I know for a fact that there are 8 spots available in the RN program. Ive asked a couple people in the Nursing department and never get a straight answer. They dance around it and wont give a simple Yes or No. Just curious if anyone has heard of this happening?????

sonography program at ivy tech terre haute
Hello all. I know this is a nursing forum only. I applied to the nursing program at Ivy Tech in Columbus and was rejected to both the ASN and PN program with a 204. I will reapply for the spring program. I have also applied to the Sonography program at Ivy Tech Terre Haute. Letters arent sent out for that program for probably another couple weeks. So, just wondering if anyone else out there applied to this program? Doesnt seem like I can find alot of information regarding this program anywhere online. I know it is a new program to Terre Haute but just wanting to chat with some fellow applicants to this program and find out any information regarding this as I can.

Ivy Tech 'Fall 2010' Applicants
If I apply to the Spring program for Anderson/Muncie......where are the actual classes taken place at? Are they two different programs? I know clinicals will be scattered throughout but what about classroom time?

Ivy Tech 'Fall 2010' Applicants
Hello all. For those of you that got acceptance letters.....Congrats! I have one more chance at the TEAS. Plan on studying my butt off for it to try and get better than my current 204 which has proven to not be a high enough score to get into either of the ASN or PN programs at Columbus. My question......what study guides did you all use to prepare yourselves for the TEAS? I have already used the ATI guide for my first two attempts. Any other study guides that you used that seemed to be helpful for you? Any input is greatly appreciated!

The 204 that didnt get in was me. Does anyone know when they inform you if youre an alternate or not? Would it have said in my denial letter if I was?

So they def went out today for Columbus? YAY! Its about time! Seems every campus has really high numbers this time around so Im hoping my 204 is good enough for the ASN.

well, i emailed them myself to see if they would tell me the same info they told you. she told me that they'd be mailed out next week sometime and that they had right at 300 applicants. so, looks like they are giving everyone different information. guess it all depends on who you get the answer from in the department. its anyone's guess. the wait continues!
