Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for those of us planning on applying by April 1st....
Has anyone taken the TEAS yet? Where are you with your pre-reqs? What campus are you applying to?
I am planning on taking the TEAS in December, so I have enough time to retake it :) and this is my first semester at Ivy Tech. I'm taking APHY 101, ENGL 111, and PSYC 101 all this semester and I will complete APHY 102 next semester. I am planning on applying to Indy.

the cut off for lafayette was 198......i had 197! i called and inquired about being an alternate (she said the alternates had 198's) and i did not make that list either. she told me that there were 5 alternates and that they had been sent letters. then she said if they use those and need more, that they look at everyone who had 197 and there are 5 who scored better than i on the teas. i did not get the 3 points for living in lafayette so had i....my chances might have been better!

I'm even more worried now b/c of the high scores at Lafayette. I don't know if my 207 will make the RN cut. I wonder, though....if I'm on the line and its between me and someone else, how will the choose? I would have a higher TEAS score due to not getting those region points, so would I be chosen instead?

wow you were so close! i have to think that with so many people apply to so many different campuses that a lot of people will decline to go. so don't give up hope yet! if i get into lawrence rn you can have my space at lafayette! at least you will be once space closer! :)
Omgosh guys, just my luck!!!!! I left at 8:00 am this morning for indy...I'm supposed to be here until next weekend, and then I saw that the letters are here!!! Ahh so now I'm convincing my hubby to drive back tomorrow or saturday so that I can see!

Yep, I think I'd be on my way back or calling a neighbor/relative and asking them to get my mail. Is there anyone that you can ask to do that for you, biz?
