I've officially passed NCLEX-PN!

I live in CA and took NCLEX on September 3rd. Since then, I've tried the PVT several times and got the "good pop-up". While I already knew I passed, I was waiting for the official letter in the mail. Today, the letter came and I am so happy!

My test stopped at 85 questions. I'm not sure how long it took. But I took my time taking the test. I read each question 2 or 3 times to make sure I understood what they were asking.

Study materials: I relied heavily on Saunders. I read every rationale, even if I got the question right. I also used Exam Cram and ATI. I hated ATI! My school required us to get the "Green Light" from ATI in order for them to pay for the NCLEX and the licensing costs.

A word of advice, do not cram the day before. I was so nervous about the test, I studied all day before the test. It didn't help me one bit. All it did was stress me out.

I took mine on the 4th! That must mean mine is coming tomorrow :dead:

I too have gotten the "good popup". I also ended at 85 questions!

Congrats! I took my exam on 9/4/14 as well and have been getting the good pop up, but I don't know how reliable it is. I'm hoping I get mine sometime this week!

You probably passed. I think the PVT is just as reliable as it's always been. Report back and let me know when your letter comes. :) It will be in your mailbox soon.

for the CA test was it hard at all im studying now to take my test i just have alot of nerves because i heard that it was harder than last year

Yes it is hard.

Its exactly 3 weeks since i took the nclex. Hopefully in 12 hours i'll finally get my letter!

You're still waiting for your letter? The BVNPT sure likes to take their time, don't they?

Im currently still waiting! Getting really annoyed. Monday will be 3 weeks and 4th day.

Congrats! You cali people are so patient. I can only imagine I would be dying if I had to wait 3 weeks for my results. It was the longest 48 hours of my life last week when I took it and got my passing quick results.
