Last week I was notified that I was accepted into my schools nursing program AND that I would be starting a semester earlier than expected because spots in another class opened up. While I want to relax before starting the program, I also want to review some key microbiology and physiology topics before classes start.
Does anyone have any recommendations on physiology and microbiology topics that should be reviewed before starting a nursing program.

There are so many ways you can go "off the rails" if you're trying to teach yourself complex phenomena such as those in A&P or micro.. you might be much better off doing a fast Medical Terminology self-study. It's pretty cut-and-dried but very essential for any type of health care profession.
Congrats on your acceptance & best of luck on your nursing education pathway

Congratulations!
Honestly, I wouldn't waste your time on Micro...not that it isn't important, it is. But I would suggest freshening up on A&P and Patho. If you have your book from pre reqs then that would be your best source. If not, try Khan Academy. Good Luck!

I agree that A&P and medical terminology would be much more beneficial to brush up on, over Microbiology.
