I love being from KY and all but this morning it was four degrees. My anatomy class was frigid, some fool had the air turned on over the weekend and the department chair left a window open back on Friday when it was 70 degrees and that helped to let in the cold air. I was hoping for a pretty snow covered hills type winter not frostbite and pnuemonia. Oh to be spring time with the beautiful wildflowers, gentle streams, returning song birds. Can we say melodramatic! :) My feet are still numb.
My point you may ask, whats the weather like where you are from today? Hopefully warmer than four.

4 Fahrenheit = -15 Celsius
until yesterday, the warmest it had been here for a few weeks was about -18... with windchill, it usually felt like -30 or colder... today, it's a balmly 2 degrees ...
Musn't complain then, I obviously have it better than some. No precipitation here.
oh no... complain away! cold weather must be despised at all possible times!
It wouldn't be so bad if I could feel my toes and hands. It has actually gotten up to 23 degrees farenheit, negative 5 degrees celsius at the current time. The meteorologists are saying that snow showers are possible today. I have class and I am going to give blood today. I will probably freeze to death. I wonder what my professors would say if I showed up for class with a space heater? Some of the girls in the nursing program took the blankets off of the beds in the nursing lab yesterday to keep warm.

Hello Chad, we are neighbors, here in WV it was -6 yesterday morning on my mountain. It has warmed up today so we can get more snow, had a little early am, but more expected next 4 days. Stay warm and safe. I refused to shovel snow or let hubby do it, that is what boots are made for and with his cardiac condition, no way.
I do not mind being a weenie. It is nasty outside with the wind. This morning was an interesting commute. Lots of snow until about five minutes after I got into the classroom then it stopped snowing all together.
freezing fog this morning in england-4 degrees its warmer now soon be spring
I would love to come to England. My family emigrated to the States in the 1800's and I would love to find my relatives in England. I love spring in Kentucky, I am already planning a flower garden for the spring. I am going to try to find some of those big wind chimes that sound like church bells. I love spring thunderstorms, reading the newspaper on the porch swing, sitting outside watching the sunset. Currently however, there is an inch of fresh snow. From todays winter storm. I have to be at work at 10:00 pm, the roads look nasty but it's a short trip. It's not expected to stop for some time. LOL, if I can get in a snow ball fight at lunch time, it'll be cool.
