I was discussing with a friend that is a physician about the wonderful world of allnurses; the resources, camradarie and support we give each other here. He asked if there was such a site for physicians as well. I'm askin'...is there?
I would think that it would be a nice thing for them. Thanks!

I know there's studentdoctor dot net... but I don't recommend going there.

thats a good question. that would be a great idea to have a alldoctors.com so doctors can do the same thing that allnurses.com does.
Why not? Just asking, because I plan to tell him about it tomorrow.
I would think so too, because they also have many issues that need to be addressed anonymously.

Yeah, good idea.
But I doubt they'd have as much fun as we have here!

I do view them as being a more stuffy bunch...but heck, what do I know?

Because the majority of the "people" (i use that term loosely) have THE biggest ego and are quite close-minded.

I've been to studentdoctor.net and a lot of people in the forums that are even studying to become doctors don't seem to take things seriously (pre-med students)..and a lot of them are close minded though not everyone. Still has some useful information though.

Yeah I visited studentdoctor.net the other day, and anything they had to say about nurses was either..."what's the stupidest thing they've ever paged you with?" or "what floor has the hottest nurses." and others along those lines
Ohh that would get me fired up! And for the people that were saying that kind of stuff, I'm sure they failed to mention how many times a nurse has saved their a$$!
