Is it a bad idea to take Statistics & Chemistry together?

I have Statistics,Chemistry,A&P2 & Microbiology left to take. How would you pair up these classes? I've been told that pairing science classes together is a bad idea. In total there are 6 semesters left(these semesters are including "mini mesters" like winter semester & maymester) for me to finish up my classes. I plan on applying for nursing school next year as well. Any advice you can give me is appreciated!Thank you for taking the time to read my post as well(=

I've pretty much taken 1 challenging class each semester because eroding an a average is important to me. That being said, to do it again, I might have taken 2 at a time, if I wasn't working or to finish my prereqs sooner. I would take stats or chem with a&p 2 or micro. This is because, to me, a&p and micro were harder than math or chem.

I took stats during a winter semester but only recommend that if you have a great teacher like I did. I recommend A & P 2 with Chemistry. If not taken during the winter semester, statistics can be taken with microbiology.

I took stat and AP2 the same semester. Stat was harder to me than AP2. I have not taken chemistry nor am I planning to, and this semester I am taking microbiology.

I took Stats Summer I. I'm taking A&P II now Fall and I'll be done my prereqs for RN school 9/2013. Stats was hard! I hope tht A&P II is not bad. Good luck.

I am in the same boat.. Should I do Statistics or Chemistry with Spanish 1 for Healthcare Professionals? I am dreading Statistics and I think I am just looking for an excuse to delay the inevitable! I work Full time and can only do 2 classes a semester and only have after work and w/E to study. Your feedback would be much appreciated.

If you have 6 semesters left then take one per semester these are all (in my opinion) pretty challenging classes that require your attention. I just can't see pairing any of these science classes together though. However i can see pairing statistics with micro or a & p. statistics might also be a good class to take during a "mini-mester" if you're confident in your math skills. It's definitely not algebra but it's (once again in my opinion) a really interesting, and fun class. Good luck in whatever you choose

I'm in micro and chem together right now. Challenging for sure but they really work well together.
