Is anyone else avoiding studying?

I just realized that I have been cruising allnurses for an hour...and I still have my study guide for finals open on my laptop.:nono:

Anyone else using the site as an excuse not to study?

god, i will use cleaning the hosue from top to bottom as an excuse to not study.

i lack study skills in the worst way. and motivation. and initiative.

I have a final tomorrow and Wednesday and for the life of me, I cannot focus. I'm not in any danger of failing, but I'm borderline B/C in one class and A/B in the other. I honestly have never cared less about my grades. I just want to be DONE already!

I'm the same way, I'd rather scrub the toilets than study somedays. I have 2 finals on Friday and the last one on the 18th.

I had every intention of studying tonight after putting my son to bed. He's been in bed over an hour...

When I had my last Med-Surg test, I cleaned my house from top to bottom, as well as mowed the front and back lawn, all in an attempt to keep from studying.

Once my motivation is gone, it's hard to get it back! However, I pulled through and passed the class!

Happens to me at the end of every semester....and it's not a good time to get it.

I think this is the worse time for burn out and loosing motivation also. My last 3 weeks of school were SOOO HARD because the weather was so nice and I knew I had my summer off and I just wanted to be outside and not in class or studying. It was killing me. I was so happy to take my last exam and be done last week.

Ooh Me, Me , Me ! I'm avoiding studying right now, and I have an exam tonight in for med surg 2 . Well, I am at work in my office so I have a legit excuse. I guess I can pull out my powerpoints instead of cruising all nurses. However, I rather get interrupted from AN then from me studying at work. :typing
