Is anyone else avoiding studying?

I just realized that I have been cruising allnurses for an hour...and I still have my study guide for finals open on my laptop.:nono::nono:

Anyone else using the site as an excuse not to study?

To those of you who were using cleaning to avoid studying....can you please come to my house you can avoid anything you want if you clean my house!

I have a very crucial exam in about one hour and 30 minutes and I haven't studied a lick all day ! I will do a 30 minute cram though... I'll let you all know how I did later. Wish me luck !!!!

actually i've been studying for my dosage calculations class that doesn't start until june. lol, i'm almost done with the assignments. for some reason i study better when i don't "have to".

i'm actually considering reading the med-surg assignments for oct. (i had someone send them to me. lol. ) i wish i had the mental health book, that's going to be fun.

okay, i'm sick, i admit it. but it's raining and i can't go play in the pool.

Yeah add my name to the list. I just worked the last 3 nights so my body is just screaming for the bed. I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want an A, right now im at a B+

But it seems like i'll settle for anything at this point. Im just done. My brain isnt absorbing anything anymore.

Cant wait until Wednesday night. Im done. Good luck nursing 19 and everyone else

I'm avoiding studying too. Y'know, not consciously, since I sit down and study and before I realize it I've flipped around and am looking at something on the computer.... five minutes later my brain goes "Hey, you! You're supposed to be studying for that final tomorrow!"

I have my BIG cumulative final on Wednesday....and I'm painting my toenails! Am I procrastinating? You betcha'!

I started summer classes today..med surg and pharmacology...it's all done in ten weeks...i should be studying...tons of reading and clinical tomorrow and wed. instead i am sitting here procrastinating..i read about 5 pages and fell asleep too! I am soooo not into the studying mode! I need a swift kick in the a**!! Any takers? lol!

I have a final tomorrow and Wednesday and for the life of me, I cannot focus. I'm not in any danger of failing, but I'm borderline B/C in one class and A/B in the other. I honestly have never cared less about my grades. I just want to be DONE already!

I Know that feeling. I"m just burnt out with school.

I guess my not studying paid off ! I passed my 2nd med surg 2 exam tonight !!! Now I gotta gear up for the final next week.

My very last final for my ADN program is tomorrow. I've known about it for weeks. And I just started studying today. I'm about two thirds through the material, but instead of finishing up, I'm here reading threads. I just keep doing the "new post" search and opening new tabs, and I can't walk away from the computer with unread tabs open!

Plus, a large fat cat is laying on my book and binder. Anyone want to move him for me?
