Hi.Anyone out there applying for fall 2013? There are changes this semester and was wondering if anyone knows what kind of score we may need on the NLN to have a chance at a spot. The application packets aren't available yet and I'm getting anxious! Anyone know when the will put them out?
Hey everyone! I am interested in applying for Spring 2014 but I'm currently taking micro and finding it hard to study for the NLN since I decided to take micro+lab in the summer. With the application deadline being early September, would I be crazy to only have a solid month to study for the NLN exam or do you guys think it is doable?
Brittani22...I think you can do it! A solid month of studying is good in my opinion. Most of the things that are on the NLN are things you probably already know and just need to review. Use the resources available at the school on the subjects you struggle with and get the study guide and you'll do great!
Also the worse case....you can retake it in 6 months for the next class.
I was sifting through the handbook for what parts we needed to sign and figured id save everyone a couple minutes of trouble
I went to google and typed in "irsc nursing handbook" and clicked on the first link for the ADN program and pulls up the handbook in pdf format, the only pages we need to sign appears to be
pg 2, 46, 51, and 68 (not THEIR page numbers, but the page number listed under pdf so those would be the ones you'd put in the printing option of what pages to print)
i'm gonna head to the college now to see if theres a way that i could have all my shot records from emt/medic school copied and given to me so i can hand in to the nursing dept instead of spending all this money getting this stuff done again. good luck folks we're at the homerun stretch

@reg4fun69 I didn't know that the book list had been revised either. Do you care to forward that e-mail to me as well? @ [email protected]
