How about a thread that will allow us to introduce ourselves to those who are new and the new students can do the same.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jennifer, I hope to be starting my first semester of ADN clinicals in September, but I will not know until 1st week of Sept when I get the acceptance letter. It is based on GPA, I have a 3.98, but for some reason it may not be good enough (aarrrrggghhh). I'm hoping and praying that it is because I can't wait to start the journey. I'm a CNA right now and I love working at the hospital, it humbles me on a daily basis! Hopefully I'll be posting in a few weeks with good news! Good luck to all for the fall!!!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Janet and I will be starting Nursing I (ADN Program) this September. (September 6th, to be exact) I can't wait! I'm both excited and scared to death at the same time but I just can't wait to get started! I'm divorced, a single mother of four, 3 boys and a girl, ages 14, 12, 11 (girl), and 8. I live with my fiance so thankfully I'll have help with my kids and the house and everything else. I know its going to be hard, but, my fiance and my children have all said to not worry about anything but school. That's great, but, we'll see how long it lasts, lol, when I really get going in the program. Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and wish everyone the best of luck!
Take care,
Janet
