Well, it's according to if other nurses will be involved in the interview or not....If not it will be the run of the mill stuff about what is your greatest attribute, what is your weakness, what would you do in this scenario, yadda yadda, nothing of real substance. You have a good idea of the clientele you'll be dealing with already. Your nursing experience will stand by itself so your emphasis is convincing them you have the interpersonal skills to successfully communicate with students, parents, and other staff. Focus on representing yourself as being an independent, confident, practitioner needing only to overlay the district policies onto your nursing experience base. If a nurse is present your task should be easier because they'll want to talk about nursing stuff, which you know about. And...don't wear scrubs.....good luck.
Go through the old posts, there are several threads on this with great examples of questions.
I would also checkout the school's web site (the school you are interviewing for) and the district web site - good info on what programs are in that school PPCD, Life skills, etc.
Good questions to ask them - why is the previous nurse leaving, are you required to attend after school activities - book fair evening hours, staff meetings, committees.
Good luck!
Thanks for bringing up "the questions I should ask them." Any advice on this too will be appreciated!
I would ask about duties outside of direct nursing care for students. State reports, iep meetings, 504 meetings, other duties such as lunchroom duty, recess duty, ect. Also what the average number of students visiting the nurse's office during the day is, if there are any high acuity students.

I've been called for an interview for a school nurse position. I'm very excited, but also beginning to get nervous. I really want the job. Any advice or ideas as to what to expect? Thanks
