Interview for Care Advocate,**PLEASE HELP**

Published

Greetings Everyone,

I have been applying to UnitedHealth Group for several months now and a recruiter has finally contacted me to schedule a 30 minute phone interview next week. The position is for an After Hours Care Advocate (part time). I was wanting to know if anyone had any experience with interviewing for this or a similar position? Also, I want to know what the position entails (like a typical working day). I am unable to determine if this position is office based or a work from home position. I would really love to work from home with my busy school schedule but am excited either way. Any information you have on the company, salary, job description, especially interview preparation would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Thank You!!!

I have no idea what this is. Don't you have a job description? Is this a case management job? What's the population?
