I just started my ADN program today and it was fun! fun! fun!. My study-buddy and I have been going through nursing syllabus in the summer, doing prep tests and rationale. We are set for this thing!!!!! getting a positive, hardworking, focused and flexible buddy with same values as you, will make this journey a memorable one. All the best fellow Nursing Students!
Hi kinkycoily, I'm willing to share the love :-) This is my Junior/Senior year in my BSN program. I have tons of advice and tips for you to succeed if you would like. Nathifa i emailed you :-) Jaluo2014 good luck to you as well!!!!
Anyone willing to have a pen pal? I'm a junior/senior nursing student and I'm wanting to try something new and have a pen pal this semester. Someone who's willing to exchange study tips, etc or just vent about the stresses and joys of nursing!!! If interested please let me know.

I did take the HESI this spring, and unfortunately I did not pass. The program I'm in requires you to pass the HESI with at least an 800 and I unfortunately only got 711. Therefore I am unable to continue onto my senior year. So this semester I have to take a remediation course: Core concepts in nursing and retake the HESI in December. If I pass I'll continue onto my senior year if not, I will have to take a semester off from the program which is what you have to do in that case. I was looking for a pen pal that in the same year or someone who is going through the same thing to keep in touch with to exchange positive advice etc. I definetly dont mind giving advice to 1st year students etc. The more help you get the better especially in nursing. Not passing has definitely changed my life and I'm just trying to move forward from it and continue to stay positive and pass this semester.
