I'm free!! TPAN is over. Three years in the books

Formerly Kel65 here. I am TPAPN free. My caseworker sent my completion paper today and notified me that my account will be deactivated. God it feels so good. Chinese big out with loved ones Saturday. Whew!! What a ride.

Yes, indeed. It feels good. I almost forgot at work this morning. I looked at the clock and was 4:15 I am an adult let me go somewhere private and check in. Nope. So nice!!!!!!

Yes, poppy seeds can test positive for opiate. Bug spray is specifically banned it contains alcohol and will cause positive EGT. Benadryl, Sudafed, cough syrup are banned. Soy sauce is fermented it can cause a positive. No excuses tolerated for incidental exposure. Fermented things can cause positives.

Well, anywho, congrats to you and hope you enjoy everything you've missed for the past couple years. You've earned it.

Congratulations! I know it’s hard to believe but a month from now you won’t even remember what it was like to check affinity at 4 am. You think that you’ll have PTSD from this experience and always wake up panicked at 4 am thinking you’d forgotten to check in. I know, I thought that too. I thought it would take months to go back to normal, but it didn’t! I bought beer and wine and soy sauce and Benadryl and enjoyed it all! ?. And before I knew it, it was like a bad dream.

Are these all restricted under this program you finished and if so, why? I can understand the poppy seeds but the other things??

It has been a little weird. I've always woken up before 4AM and stayed awake to check in. This morning up at 3. But I knew I didn't have to check in, I just woke up smiling because I didn't have to. I think by Friday it will all be forgotten. Every single scrap of TPAPN related paper(left from the days when they used recovery trek and it was all paper) has been burned!!! It's a big, bright new world of freedom.
