I took the NCLEX today

I took the Nclex today for the second time. The first time it shut off at 265 and I was pretty sure I had failed...which I had. I took it again and it shut off at 243. I think I knew the answer to the last question, but I'm not sure. So I have 2 days to sweat and chew off my fingernails before I can get the results. I'm trying to be positive, but I also don't want to get my hopes up in case I failed. Any advise?

One of two things are certain here...

You are either a nurse, or you are working on becoming a nurse.

Either way you know what needs to be done.
