I Took Nclex At 9:15 Am!!!!!!!

Published

Ok took the exam at 9:15 this am and my heart was pounding out of my chest!!! I started the exam and tried to be as calm as possible! I ended up getting 80 questions, and the computer screen turned grey, then blue, then it said thank for taking NCLEX or something. I was like NOOO!!!! I am not finished proving myself!! I walked out in a haze!!! I think the color had left my body, I looked like I saw a ghost Im sure! I have a great deal of priority, and SATA. I was so nervous about doing well I didnt bother counting them. I had no questions requiring lab numbers, I had one math question and several medication questions. The last question I felt I got right, and I'm wondering if that is a plus! This waiting is killing me!!! I'm hoping to know sooner than 48 hours! But at least now I can clean my house!!

All my family said I probably passed because I had such a low number of questions. I keep telling them, I either totally bombed it, or I may have passed.

If you are waiting for Quick Results from Pearson-Vue, they are never up less than 48 hours from testing.

Best of luck to you. (And they are posted on weekends and holidays as well)

Thats wonderful news Suzanne!!! I was wondering if they would post on Sundays!!! lol I had heard that the bon in NC may post within 24 hours and they update their results at 5pm and 12:15-3am. Guess whos gonna watch the sun come up????

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers!!! I truly appreciate them all!!!

good luck to you.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems like you passed the NCLEX.

May I ask you how many hours in total did you study for the NCLEX?

Did you read Sanders?or Sanders' QBank?

Besides Kaplan QBank and Question trainer, did you practice other questions? How many questions in total?

I am working full time right now and I am studying no more than 4 hours daily. I am afraid that I won't be prepared enough for the test.

If you can share some tips to succeed NCLEX , I really will appreciate it.

i studied for two weeks and did appx 70 hours each week reading the kaplan blue bible and answering q bank and q trainer. i did do some questions from nclex 3500 and found them easier but the nclex questions were most like kaplan questions. i usually did 150 + questions a day plus read that book twice. i dunno about tips for success, ill have to see if i actually passed first! lol :clown:
