I started school in December 2007 as a LPN student. I continued onto the RN program and graduated in March of this year. I just took my RN boards yesterday and passed! It has been a super long journey. I have two kids and they were really tired of classes, tests and clinicals (especially when I had a night clinical during my last term.) I felt like I was never going to make it but I am so excited that my picture will be hanging up in the hall at school as a 'RN Graduate.' Never lose sight of your goal and know that you can make it too!
That's great i'm so happy for you. hopefully i could get into an lpn-rn program this fall but it's filled and i'm on a waiting list. if not then its spring 2011 for me.
