As if today 3/3/15 I am officially a RN. I had ALL 265 questions. When i left the testing center I just knew that I had failed. That was the worst feeling of my life. I came out feeling sick mentally and physically. As a student nurse you know more than what you think you know believe it or not. You have to go in positive minded and tell yourself you can do this. Take your breaks!!!!Do not sit there and try to answer a bunch of questions without taking a break. Your brain will not be able to function to its ability. I know any nursing student can pass this test if I did. I have been through it all and my problem was that i tried to do things MY WAY...Sometimes when things are not working our way we have to get out the way and let God take over. If you put all your heart and trust into God he will never fail you. Once you put your trust in man that is when you fail. I took me 6 hours to complete my test and it just made me appreciate my license even more than ever! We all work hard to come this point and what ever you do, don't give up on your dream. I will never forget what i went through...Believe in yourself and put God first!!! For content I used the Hurst review and kaplan. Those two were awesome!God bless...YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU!!!
