I passed the NCLEX!!

I called the BON today on my lunch and I passed!! I am officially an RN!!

Thanks to everyone here for the support while I was studying! There is so much great info here!

ETA... because my birthday is in less than a month they gave me the option of waiting to get an actual license number so that I wouldn't have to pay the renewal fee in August. I told them they were nuts!! I want the license NOW!! LOL

You're in CT right? I found the CT BON people to be very helpful and curtious. I was going to call this AM but I had to leave too early for my new LPN job. I checked the website when I got home and they are updated until Sunday. Todays stuff should be there tomorrow. Of course I will still be at the jobs orientation when the website is updated.

If its not there when I get home I think I will call also. I want to be able to give my new job my license number before all the paperwork is done :)

Congrats again on passing the NCLEX. CT needs nurses so badly, glad you and I can help ease the shortage :)

(I start back again at school in September to bang out a couple of pre-reqs needed to be done in order to apply to the LPN to RN bridge program. will school EVER end??)
