I was doing sooo good, then I lost the motivation to study. Someone kick me in the butt because I've gotten behind this weekend. My four month old is in a I only want mommy mood so when she is not on me I feel free and don't want to study (that's still only 20-30minutes at a time) As soon as I pick up a book to study she is awake. Someone kick me please I already moved LS3 to 01/13 from the 1/10. If they get an opening on 1/12 I'm going to take it.

Checking in with ya'll. I'm still kind of burnt out but i'm getting back on track today. My car needed repairs so my funds are going to be a little more stretched, but I still hope to be done in time for the June confirmation date. I would be happiest if I got my CPNE at the end of March.

ETA: How is everyone else doing? I hope everyone is doing well in their studies.

things have been stressful here as well, all three of my children passed around a cold, then i ended up with a sinus infection, so i have NOT wanted to study...restarted tonight after putting off days of reading...i'm so behind now! Gonna push my test off til wed next week so i can be sure to get all my reading done! good luck everyone!

How is everyone doing?? Been a while since i've seen an update from anyone. I am still working on LS3, I've postponed it a few times due to life. I will get it done this month though for sure. Do you think Ls1 or Ls2 is easier to prep for? Not sure what to do next. Hope everyone is doing well.

I am thinking this will be the official "GET IT DONE!" thread for all of us hoping to finish in 2011? :D The go-to thread for motiviation!! I am working hard on LS1, trying to get some studying in every day (minus yesterday which was a 12 hour day in the OR) I am still on the first section, but I am loving the material! I have not worked ICU in over 15 years, and really like the cardiac review. I am a little too familiar with alot of it, hubby monitors his own Anticoagulation due to AVR and endocarditis hx. One of my docs will be gone for a few weeks next month, so I am pushing myself to be finished with all of my exams by March, dreaming of CPNE & NCLEX by May! 4 exams left...the dreaded LS2 being one of them, can I get done by March?!? I am thinking LS1 &2 in Feb, LS3 & Trans in March...thinking that I can devote those 2 weeks to studying.

I'm still struggling with LS2! I have rescheduled LS2 and Transitions so many times that Pearson Vue is going to lock my account. I am scheduled for LS2 on Monday, Jan. 29. Why is it that my ER system is having problems every night this week, so this has knocked out my studying time?

I am going to try my best to take LS2 on Monday!!!

Let's keep it going!

I have LS1-3 and had them scheduled for the 10th, 20th, and 22nd. I rescheduled all three and now have LS3 on the 24th and the other two no dates. I hope to do LS1 this month as well. Then the first week or two of February LS2. I want to CPNE at the end of March beginning of April. I'm definitely taking a cancellation date. I hope I can get these darn LS tests out of the way.

I just rescheduled LS3 again for next saturday, just not had enough time lately to get through all the material and feel totally confident. But i know i'll get it done! Thank goodness for my video lectures/powerpoint presentations, totally helps get through the material a bit faster for me! =)

Good luck to everyone on whatever exam you are doing right now! there are gonna be a lot of RNs this year that's for sure!

Ok Tasha, let's get it done. We have a graduation to attend.
