I have a large soft watery lump on my back inbetween my shoulders, ive had this for the past 4 or 5months and it seems to be growing quickly. It's every noticable and the past few weeks i've started getting pains in my neck from the lump.
What could it be? (I haven't been to see a doctor as am sacried what it could be)

I can only recommend that you see your doctor as we cannot give medical advice on this forum.

Sorry, medical advice is against the terms of service. You need to see your physician or nurse practitioner. I feel certain as soon as a moderator sees this post it will be closed.

Ditto. Per our terms of service, we can't give medical advice. You need to see your personal doctor.

This is something you should see your doctor about. As others have said, it's against our Terms of Service. But also, we don't know your history, and we can't take a look at the lump. Your health is too important to trust to Internet sites.
Hope all goes well for you.
