Hi everyone, I am kinda confused right now. My situations are: I am 31 years old, just graduated from nursing school and preparing for my PNLE on november, I am a Filipino. I know someone who offered an LPN job right after passing the board exam, without experience at all. I was thinking that the opportunity is promising as a stepping stone for being RN soon working in places like Canada or London. I am really interested working as an RN in those states whatever it takes. Please help me to choose what path would be best. Thanks.

LPN will not get you into the UK they do not train LPN. Canada is an option as a way in via the skilled worker route but you need more than 1 year or part time equivalent to meet requirements and really nurses in general are struggling to find jobs without employer looking at a temp work permit.
You really need to decide on which country you plan on living and working and look to see what their nursing as weill as immigration requirements are

Canada is a country. London is a city. Neither are states.
I want to work someday in Ontario, is it hard to find nurse job there? Thanks.

Ontario is a Canadian Province so the best resource for you would be the CCRNR. (Canadian Council of Registered Nurse Regulators).
Thanks a lot.
You need to start with NNAS and then apply to CNO as an International Educated Nurse. NNAS is a new thing IEN go through so not sure how long a process it is. You have to meet requirements and sit exam so really until you get that done I wouldn't worry too much about looking for a employer. All will ask if you have either eligibility to sit exam or a pass in the exam
Thanks:-), I need to have at least 3years working experience in hospital settings, need to pass NCLEX, English proficiency exam, jurisprudence exam and must be enrolled in College of NURSING Ontario, right?

You don't enroll in the college of nurses of Ontario. It's not a school is the regulator body that oversees nurses. You apply to CNO after the assessment from NNAS is completed.
Experience is required if wanting to make self more desirable to employers plus if looking at skilled route then currently 12 months full time required
Thank you so much. This will serve as an inspiration;-)
