I just got my TWU acceptance letter today!!!

Hi guys, I am so happy today i just got my TWU acceptance letter today.. wheww I was so anxious.. Well I am just so happy thought i leave a message

Im really confused now...

I *think* I received my letter for admission to the UNIVERSITY a while ago (Ive applied to so many schools, all the info is running together) so Im expecting the acceptance/rejection letter to show up any time now.

Somebody check their letter to see if it is the actual program letter or not...all my mail goes to my parents house and it is difficult for me to get there daily to check it so Im SUPER anxious right now...

I forget who posted it (and Im too lazy to check) but to whomever posted the cut off GPA for Spring '05, how and when did you find out?

I received the general acceptance letter to the university a couple of days ago. Yesterday I (and a friend) received our rejection letters.

I was the one who posted the cutoff gpa. It was stated in the letter they sent. The applicants were very competitive, 100 slots went to those who had no lower than a 3.765. It's getting higher each semester.

for the nursing program? are you sure? because the acceptance letters they are sending out now is for TWU in general. you have to be accepted to TWU in denton before you are even considered for the nursing program. the deadline for the TWU BSN in Houston is Feb 1 2005 so they haven't even begun looking at the nursing apps yet.

i take that back. i was thinking about the FALL 05 nursing .. not spring. i forgot they had spring entrance and i forgot i applied for it until I GOT MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER TODAY!! WHOOOOOHOOOO! i am SO shocked!!

HOW COULD THEY NOT CALL ME?!?!?! HAVE THEY LOST THEIR MINDS?!?!

Anyways, apparently it came yesterday. Now I have to decide what Im going to do...I got into Baylor as well and I dont know which program to enroll in. I have to let TWU know by the 10th, so i guess I need to hurry and decide, huh?

i know, i really wanna go to UTHSC but i won't know if i got in till march or april. i wonder if i can defer TWU. my letter also said that i need 3 hrs of college math, but i have stats for psych and technical alg. i emailed them about this a while back and they said tech alg was acceptable. anyone else have this prob?

Wow Im panicking. For fall 04' the cut off GPA was 3.68 and now it's 3.76. Im a 3.8 on the dot. Thats a very dramatic increase I hope for fall 05' the cut off wont be so high.

Hello, I'm new here, just wanted to share I got my TWU-Houston acceptance letter Nov. 3rd for the Spring 2005 semester. WooHoo! I was accepted in August for TWU-Denton and sent in my application by September 1 for the Nursing school. The Feb 1 deadline is for the Fall semesters.

Hi guys Congrats to those who got in. Im a newbie I don't know how the GPA works for the science courses. If the lecture and lab are combined are they counted in twice? or just once??

Just once for 4 credit hours. If they are separate then it's 3 credit hours for the lecture and 1 credit hour for the lab.
