  1. Barron's study guide
  2. So its just math, english, and writing? I bought a study guide and there was a science part to it.
  3. longhorn114 posted a topic in Texas Nursing
Can anyone give me any advice on how the NET test went? How I should review what to expect etc?
  4. Hello hello everyone.. I got accepted to TWU-Houston for fall 05'... I wanna let loose for this semester before the 2 years of hell... does anyone know if I need to keep making A's? or Can i make B's now.. I mean.. are they going to kick me out?? THANKS
  5. I called UTHSC she said that there are 130 slots but I was wondering how many people are they interviewing? Does anyone know? I just went to my interview a couple of weeks ago now im just so antsy. I wanna know what are the chances.
  6. In my opinion, A&P 1 & 2 are the hardest classes you will ever encounter for the prereqs. I didnt take Bio although I took science classes in high school. But I still got a higher grade compared to the people who took BIO. I guess it depends on if you think you can handle it. I personally think it's a waste of time.
  7. Well I guess I just need to wait and see. Im trying to get into fall 05. I have that or HBU but HBU isnt even an option, with their extra classes, and $11,000/year.
  8. Wow so that religion class boosted up your gpa. I called in and asked if "college algebra" can be counted as an elective class and Yep it can be. I read somewhere that the elective classes dont count with the overall GPA. Thats why I was freaked out bc that college alg. is going to give my GPA a boost. Again thank you :uhoh21:
  9. Thank you for the response. One more question that I forgot to ask. Does the elective gpa count with the overall GPA?
  10. Does TWU-Houston or TWU in general usually accept more students in the fall than the Spring sem? What determines how many students get in? The teachers available?
  11. Hi guys Congrats to those who got in. Im a newbie I don't know how the GPA works for the science courses. If the lecture and lab are combined are they counted in twice? or just once??
  12. Wow Im panicking. For fall 04' the cut off GPA was 3.68 and now it's 3.76. Im a 3.8 on the dot. Thats a very dramatic increase I hope for fall 05' the cut off wont be so high.
  13. WOW... the cut off for TWU is 3.68 and I thought that they only accepted people who's gpa was 4.0 and with an extremely impressive background. A friend of mine applied there she said that they only have about 100 slots and its very competitive to get in to.
  14. Hi I was wondering what are the odds of someone getting in this school? What are they looking for and what is the minimum GPA of anyone who got accepted.
  15. HI well congratulations :rotfl: . If you dont mind me asking what was your gpa and what college did u transfer from????
