I hate when my school ______

I want everyone to fill in the blank on something their school does that they hate.

I hate when my school switches around professors the week before classes after most of us have based our schedules solely on trying to get the best professors. They switched my physiology professor to a sucky one and my Developmental Pysch professor to someone that's new and no one knows. They also changed my chem professor but he's a good one so I didn't mind that.

#1 I hate it when my school cancels a class that I paid for then dosen't refund my money. They told me " we will send a refund in the next two weeks." They held it until the next semester and used it for my next class.

#2 I hate it when my school charges $30 for a parking sticker, does not have enough parking spots for everyone, then writes $50 tickets for those that do not parking in a spot.

not really nursing program problems, more like general school problems

I hate it when my school makes my classmates and I give bedbaths at clinical ad nasuem. I am paying to go to NURSING school. Let me practice nursing skills, not nursing aid skills.

I hate it when my school has teachers "tag teaming" my class. This is the third week of the semester and we have heard five different teachers lecture. None of them are the teacher listed as the instructor!

I hate it when my school/teachers tell me, "No, you must have the new edition of the text" and then it turns out that the reading is basically the same.

I hate it when there are 5 books for the course but I never even open 3 of them.

I swear, sometimes I think the teachers are drawing commissions from the textbook publishers... or at least own stock in them.

You are just lucky that you get the option to chose a professor in the first place. We are stuck with whoever they give us and there is not another class to switch to.

At my school there are a few class who are taught by maybe 2 different instructors. With the rest, its take it under them or drive 60 miles to the next community college.

Nursing classes offer no choice at all.... :(

has 200 spots in the lecture and only 90 for lab... simple math, here people!!

send you an email saying "we just added 35 new class sections" then you check out the new classes and they are astronomy, asian american art, raza studies and a bunch of similar bs... come on!! i am sure no one is in dire need of those classes! ugh
