:yeah::yeah::yeah:I hate HATE chemistry!!!!!! So talk about SHOCKER when I received this sucker! I knew I either did really bad or really good. So thankful it was the latter! :yeah::yeah::yeah:

Congrats and keep up the good work!! I am taking Chem this summer and I'm not looking forward to it. I have done well in Micro and A & P I, II but I think Chemistry will be a different ball game as math is not my specialty:chuckle. Hopefully I will get to post a grade like yours!

That's great, keep up the good work, especially since you hate the subject. Job well done, be proud of your accomplishment:wink2:

I third that!!! Chemistry is hard for some people maybe not all and for someone to get on here and tell people it isn't hard to them is beyond rude! I made A's in all other sciences and have done exceptionally well in math as well and I find chemistry to be hard. It is a matter of opinion. Not a fact.

Once you say, that it is rude, then that is matter of opinion. So, expressing my own opinion is rude? If that is so, I am sorry for that. I didn't mean to make any feel bad by saying that chemistry is easy.

This board is here for people to feel supported and in order for people to help one another. There are plenty of opinions out there that are offensive. I did not say your opinion was wrong. I just said it was an inappropriate opinion to share. That is all I was saying. Kind of like telling someone their baby is ugly.

Congrats!! Unlike the previous poster, I found chemistry to be very difficult. I had a 4.0 until I took that class; I ended up with a "B", but it was the first class I ever really struggled in. I am currently taking microbiology, which has a chemistry base, and I am once again struggling. When I say struggling, that's a "B" for me, since I'm usually an "A" student. I am also taking anatomy and I find that so much easier. I do much better with things I can see and touch, not so much on a microscopic level ;) The fact that our chemistry class was over capacity at the beginning and only had 12 students at the end, tells how difficult that class truly is.

You should be very proud of yourself!! :)

For the record...Ktothek was taking up for the poster who thinks chemistry is hard! I think it is hard as well...I never said it was easy. I certainly hope I am not looking like a bad guy here...I said not all opinions need to be expressed if they are not encouraging.

Congrats of your fantastic score. I'll be taking chem this summer and am really dreading it. Perhaps you can share some of your strategies for studying and test taking skills that could benefit some of us who will be taking it later. Once again congrats and finish your course as strong and confident as you are now!

I'm currently taking Chemistry and Biology at the same time and I find Chemistry to be the easier of the 2. I just hope I can handle both of them, there are a lot of terms to remember. :(

I will be taking Chemistry soon as well. Hopefully. I would love some study tips as well. UGH! I did not do so well in High School Chemistry. I honestly think the instructor/teacher/professor makes all the difference!! Good luck everyone!

I'm starting classes in a month, and yea, Chemistry, UGH. I got "A"s in high school chemistry, but that was almost 30 years ago, and I remember zilch!
