I finally passed my NCLEX LPN, this was the best birthday present ever!

Everyone I finally did it, I passed my boards on the 3rd time around. I kept beating myself in the head to the point where I felt numb :banghead: Now I can put this behind me and focus on my future, yea! for me :yeah: To all the NCLEX takers, new grads, continue to study, study and more studying. I recently used Kaplan 2010 edition and it was the greatest. I also took a 4 day review with hurst review for $ 350.00 in Virginia Beach. Everything I studied was well worth it. I am finally a Licensed Practical Nurse and I am truly blessed! It is time to celebrate, and I will do that this weekend, any questions please feel free to comment.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! What a GREAT feeling!! I am also a repeat tester and finally passed yesterday! Proof that you can do it, even if you fail, as long as you don't give up!!

Sorry for the second reply, but I do have a question. How long did you wait to take your boards after doing the Hurst review? I am doing the online version and have finished everything, but I am studying all the papers.

Yes, he is great! I kept the faith and studied along the way! I always said I would never give up, and I didn't. Test takers, if you fail, don't worry just get back up, keep your confidence up and retake it as soon as possible!

That is so great. How long did you wait until you took the NCLEX after the Hurst review? I took it online and I am studying those papers now.

I waited about 1 month, only because a girlfriend of mine told me to also get "Kaplans 2010" it teaches about delegation, prioritizing, therapeutic communication, roles of RN, LPN and Nursing assistants etc. My B'day was 9/11, so I decided to schedule it that Monday after it, and what a wonderful b'day gift! Wish you well, let me know when you pass.:bow:
