I have done about 10,000 test questions and I am still doing really poor on the Physiological integrity.
How do I change that?
I cant possibly know everything. But I know that this is important.
Also I am having problems with prioritizing?
I understand abc's But there is more to it.

I was told to always remember what patient is most acutley sick and to see them first. I was told to think about what patient could possibly die if they were not seen first. Or to see patients that are a couple hours post op insted of one that is 2 or 3 days post op. This has helped me answer these types of questions. hope it help u:)

I have encountered some practice questions before and sometimes the ABCs doesnt just work...so what i usually do is to look for things that is NOT usually expected for that particular disease..
should I not be taking so many tests and just study the books instead?
The only problem is I start to blank out after awhile. I can't stay focused.
