That's the best combo! I used it and I passed! :) Congrats!
You should know your content before you answer the questions. I did 5 weeks of NCSBN, the content was really long and I didn't get to finish. Most importantly answer all questions and READ ALL the rationales. If you get below 75% keep doing the questions until you get above 75%. I did the pretest twice and quizzes 2 or 3x. I did Hurst too and I watched all the videos.

I did NCSBN 5 weeks for my 2nd attempt. I liked it in the beginning but then I got bored of it. I myself can't sit down and read something from the computer for hours...I'm the type that needs some sort of interaction (like listening, writing, or watching). For my third attempt I'm currently using HURST and I like this much more than NCSBN. Yet again everyone learns differently so stick to what you know is best for you; you're the only one that knows how you learn best.

I just got the NCSBN 3 week course review. I plan on just practicing the questions and I'm also doing Kaplan review as well. I hope all the money is worth it (:
Did u find the ncsbn good? Goodluck to us!
That's what i'm figuring out too yet. I hope some who has experience who tell us the difference..
@jayjaybsnrn: I just got it this evening and I've done several questions. Some of them are similar to the Kaplan questions but I found if easier than kaplan for the most part. Kaplan truly kicks my butt, but I mostly focus on their rationales. Someone on here said NCSBN is similar to actual nclex and the source is from the actual nclex site that gives you your ATT, so I figured I could try it. Hopefully it's legit and helpful!!

I feel for you my friend. I failed too after a couple of attempts and will be retaking this May. I wonder how others did on their test after April 1st. I can't wait to hear their stories.
