I recently took my state test on Valentines day my husband was my volunteer. The test seemed to go well up until the last skill and I think I messed up, Honestly I felt a bit rushed by the examiner. Anyways my pulse counts might be off and I feel that even though everything else was done well I think I might be failed for that error. My classmates all say not to worry and have faith and that I did well very encouraging words but I feel like breaking down and crying because I want this so bad, I practiced and practiced and studied and studied. And to make it worse the examiner wouldn't tell me how I did or if I passed or failed and did not give me a prelimanary score report...... ......sigh....I guess I'm just venting....thanks for listening

Hopefully the pulse was only a few off and you passed. That is the skill that I'm most concerned about getting. The rest you can go back through and talk your way out of, the pulse and respiration are either right or wrong. I know the anticipation has to be horrible. When can you find out how you did?
I'm thankful that we only have to wait until the following afternoon, we will receive an email letting us know how we did.
We are supposed to recieve results in the mail but there is no specific time frame it could be anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.......I'm not sure..

It varies state to state, but here in Nc the margin for error on pulse is plus or minus 4 which with pulse is pretty big. I'll say a prayer you did well. :)

Good luck!
Our instructor told us immediately whether we passed or not.
