I'm in so much trouble. I really need someone to talk to. Can anyone send me a private message?

Under the username of the poster, there should be a line of icons ... click on the little envelope.
If you don't see the icons, click on the username, they'll show up.

I'm not sure you can PM until you have 15 posts, so it might not show up for you.
oops, wrong directions!
Click on the little paper and pencil to IM.
The little envelope sends an email. Sorry!

One must have 15 posts or have premium membership to send a pm.
OP has 75 posts
Thanks for clarification. I thought DNPStudent-Michigan was having trouble finding the PM icon because they had only 11 posts. But with a Premium membership I now know that it's not required. Thanks.

Hi There! I cannot find the icon to send you a PM and I know that I have enough posts to send and receive. So if you want to, you can PM me. Hope I can help....have had issues myself.

Suzanne is this recent? Someone did pm me, maybe about two months ago, and he only had one post and was not premium.
I think the 15 posts rule is a good idea.
I hope the OP finds a good ear. :) There are many here who are helpful and willing.

I do also and while I know its not prudent to post personal or identifying information I'd encourage every to respect and take advantage of the self-censorship that comes with an open forum. I've seen some pretty crappy advice get debated which wouldn't happen in a private exchange. Just be careful of who's advice you are taking I guess is my point.
