I passed NCLEX-RN with 75 questions. Too bad I spent so much time studying, all my friends have moved on!

CONGTRATES A LOT .....
I did lots of Saunder's questions and also took Hurst review (not the book you can buy in the book store). I also did some "NCLEX made easy" questions. I thought Hurst's review of electrolytes was especially helpful, and also they told us the goal was simply to get more questions right than wrong. This helped me stay calm, because during the test, I kept track of the number of questions I thought I had right (36), the number I totally guessed (12), and the ones I narrowed down to 50/50 chance (27), and based on these figures, I was pretty sure I passed before I got my results.
Anyway, thanks to all of you for your good wishes!
THankyou! I just checked that Hurst review website...how long is the course?? They didn't specify that on the web...
4 days plus one day of new material to study at home. To be honest, I was a little irritated that the 5th study day was an "at home" course, because we were sent home early every day, and I felt they could have covered the extra material during class time, but in the end, I passed and that was all I really cared about. They claim if you know everything in their ONE book, you will pass NCLEX, so you will have to review the book after the course is over if you haven't grasped everything. It worked for me.
You also might want to check out "Suzanne's plan" on this site - it's supposed to be good. I would have done that instead of Hurst if I didn't have a job already waiting for me. I didn't want to take a chance in not passing, so I did what my clinical instructor suggested.
