I sat through a live 4-day Hurst review 6 weeks ago and passed NCLEX-RN on my first attempt with the minimum of 75 questions. The Hurst review was an indispensible, important part of my NCLEX preparation because it is provides a thorough review of all of the content that you will possibly need to pass NCLEX. While taking my test, I could hear Marlene Hurst's voice in the back of my head saying phrases such as "More volume, more pressure," "Less volume, less pressure," "Pain never killed anyone," and "What would the NCLEX Lady do?"
If anyone needs a comprehensive review of nursing content, I definitely recommend the Hurst Review.
I used the hurst review online and it was instrumental in me passing nclex. My preceptor recommended it to me she failed boards first time with kaplan and passed with hurst. I failed boards my first take so I tried hurst and its true knowing your content is key..i passed boards on may 12th with 75 questions much on there was in the review, I also did questions and studied infection control acronym on here which helped tremendously!good luck you can do it.
Hurst is awesome. I have done the live review twice. You get to attend the reviews as many times as you can in two years. They really give you what you need to know to pass the test and give easy ways to learn it.
I took a drexel review, which was horrible compared to this review.
If you are unsure of a review, Hurst is the way to go!
