I haven't seen anyone start a thread about applying for this year's HRSA scholarships. I am waiting to see if I am accepted into a school in IL (fingers crossed!) and then I am going to start my application process for HRSA. The program I am applying to is a 16 months ABSN that starts in august! what about you all?

Have you been accepted some where yet? Still in the application process? Already started the Scholarship application?

So awesome that multiple of us in this thread got credit checks!! Based on previous years, does everyone who gets a credit check receive the award??

Like clockwork is how the government operates. The site is down for maintenance Saturday 8-5pm so next week emails probably will go out.

It would be great to get an email about this next week because my tuition for the next semester is due soon.. LOL. I don’t want to take out any more loans ?

They advise to take out the loans and then they will pay back the loans you took out. 

I called yesterday and they said they would pay me back my Summer tuition and everything going forward.

I've been lurking for months now yall but I logged in to say: I got an inquiry notice from equifax from HRSA!! Oh snap, I hope this is good news, I was just weeks away from dropping out because I cant afford it!!

Dang I don’t see one yet. Which bureau do they use to inquire? My credit-report-monitoring service only uses TransUnion and Experian, not Equifax. Debating signing up for another service that can tell my my Equifax report if they checked on Equifax

For the HPSP, from submission to getting the offer was literally a week.

Mine was through Experian alerts.
