I am a finalist and literally got my countersignature today at 7am. Keep the faith! I had to work closely with one of the program analysts for the past 2 weeks because my school is dumb and she stated they where very busy and still pushing decisions out and would be until the 30th. Theyre also short on program analysts that are going over the apps for finalists as well because everything has to be correct the first time or that delays funding of the scholarship. Bless her heart she would be still emailing me at 7pm cst. I say all that to say, KEEP THE FAITH, there's still a lot going on in the background even as this month winds down.

I went from finalist "under final review" back to "under review" so odd. Anyone else go from that to this?

W4 is for the monthly stipend, school has to fill out verification of attendance forms, and you can take out a loan and they will reimburse seeing as the money likely won't be official until possibly oct/Nov

I looked at the areas on there last night and boy, when they say rural, they mean rural! I'm OK with moving, but I think a lot of us were thinking that the hospitals would still be somewhat local but that may not be the case.

I had not applied to Baptist, I really considered withdrawing from Galen and applying there but I'm already in school so *shrug*. It is looking like I am a finalist for the Nurse Corp scholarship so fingers crossed that it will all be paid for :).

I've been lurking for months now yall but I logged in to say: I got an inquiry notice from equifax from HRSA!! Oh snap, I hope this is good news, I was just weeks away from dropping out because I cant afford it!!

Good Day all! I just submitted everything to Galen for the BSN program this week. Now we wait! TEAS score: 87.9% Prereqs: completed at CC Background: Air Force medic and previous FF EMT Looking at scholarships now. I know Galen is expensive but as a single mother that still has to work to provide, it is what it is. :)
