I havent seen a thread yet on this year's nurse corps application cycle & my anxiety has made me start one. I'm finishing up my application and should be done with it by today. I know its extremely competitive so honestly I dont think I'll get it but its worth a try! Who else has applied/is applying?

I just applied as well. I'm very nervous. Are you guys already nurses who are continuing your education or you’re just now joining the nursing field?

Submitted my app 4/29, now we wait. I'm just joining, will sit for NCLEX at the end of the Summer.

Hello everyone, thank you for making this thread! I just submitted my application as well, waiting is going to be difficult. I applied to continue my education in a PMHNP program.

I just did too. And I’m continuing my education in a PMHNP program as well. I hope we get accepted

I applied as well, I'm new to nursing but missed the deadline last year. The first thing I noticed about this year was, the time frame to submit the application was shorter. Last year I believe students had until the end of May?

really WOW!. hopefully this means they’ll get back to us sooner than September. I’m so nervous

That's what I was thinking as soon as I saw the deadline LOL. I was like oh, they're not playing around this year! I read the thread from last year and right some of those people didn't find out that they were even accepted until September, I hope I won't be biting my nails that long LOL
