HRSA 2014-2015 Nurse Corps Scholarship

Hello everyone, This is my second time applying for this scholarship and hope to get it this time around. I got accepted into Pace nursing program fall of last year but because of lack of funds I had to postpone it for this fall. My overall GPA Is 3.4 and I have EFC of 0. I submitted my application today and now the waiting game begins:nailbiting:. Wish everyone good luck!!!!

Hello everybody!!! After waiting for a grueling amount of time. I got my email today!!!!!

Thank You all and good luck to all of you who have not yet heard. I lost hope this morning and got the email at 545pm today. There is still hope! Please, whatever you do, do not give up.

Wow, congrats Jazmine! Glad some are still getting good news. :) Wonder if today was the last day they'll notify anyone, then? Since the 31st is the latest? I guess I'm still holding out some semblance of hope I may still hear, but we are getting so close to the end now that I kind of accept I won't be getting it... Don't really know what I could have done differently but at least I tried!

Has anyone in Florida participating in a BSN program have been awarded the Nurse Corps Scholarship? The school I attend usually has four to five students receiving the award and no one as of yet has received it.

Congratulations to people who got it. I haven't heard from them. But it means a no for me at this moment. It's already the end of August. I am now going to get loans. That sucks, but oh well this is life. We have to move forward. Thanks guys!

I took out the max in federal loans and grants. I assume it's a no for me as well but I won't give up until rejections go out... Maybe there is still hope for me. Maybe...
