Hi everyone,
To those who passed or failed in the new NCLEX this April, please share your thoughts and experience.
I heard a rumor that there is more SATA questions and less priority questions.
How true is this rumor ?
I've never heard of that too before I took the test but it's just basically like a seminar thing, what nurses agreed about in a conference, safety measures, procedures.. I think it's not even in the books! I don't know , maybe that's just me.
i took mine this may 15.. and we are on the same boat same matter lots of conference which i didnt brush on..i just received my quick result and i failed

First time taking NCLEX today and I failed. It stopped around 255, but I left the test center knowing I have failed. A lot of questions were very unexpected, many conference questions, religion, culture questions. Basically it was everywhere. I studied for about three months and did ATI and Kaplan, the NCLEX questions are in no way comparing to the practice questions. You can only apply the kaplan strategies to a limit amount of questions, as not all questions are asking you ABC, or maslow, many of them were knowledge questions, you either know it or you don't. And I even got many rare diseases that I have never heard before, not even during nursing school, which tells me I need to go back to my saunders and really brush up on it. good luck everyone!
