:crying2:IAM A NEWLY GRAD REGISTERED NURSE, I HAVE BEEN APPLYING FO NEW GRAD PROGRAMS FOR 3 MONTHS, I DON'T KNOW IF MY BAD LUCK BAD SO FAR NO ONE HAS CALL ME YET? HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT HOSPITAL ARE NOT TRAINING THE NEW NURSES? HOW CAN I PROCEED WITH MY CAREER AS A REGISTERED NURSE WHEN NO ONE WOULD TRAIN ME? I AM WILLING TO MOVE FROM STATE IF IT'S POSSIBLE! DOES ANYONE KNOWS ANY NEW GRAD PROGRAM?

Please use the "search"option available on this site.

You will find numerous threads on Delray beach from experienced nurses that have worked there. That facility has numerous issues, especially on the floors as opposed to critical care.

Traveler nurses refer to it by some very unkind nicknames, that are well known, it has that poor a rep. Though, quite honestly, many hospitals in the WPB area are pretty bad to work in, however, that one is quite notorious. Will PM you but it might help you to review a variety of opinion.

Hi Carol,

Are you still currently working at Delray Medical? Has anything changed? Patient ratios? Employee morale? I have an interview at this facility and at this point as a new Grad RN, i cannot be picky. Can you please give me more insight? Also, by any chance, do you know what their starting pay is?
