Houston Residencies Summer 2019!!

Can you believe applications have started opening up? Anyway, just an early start for everyone to discuss.

I'm planning on applying to Harris Health, Memorial Hermann, Methodist, & TCH, and I will be applying to multiple locations for each. I'm trying to decide if I should branch out and apply at some places out of state or not since I want a very demanding specialty, but I'm not necessarily ready to uproot my family just for my residency. I'm open to suggestions or thoughts from others who have been through this part of the experience already.

Anyone else hired by LBJ? She said she would send written offers by the end of this week hopefully. She also spoke about a math test we have to pass next week. Would be helpful to be able to talk to someone going through the same process =]

For anyone who interviewed with St. Luke's, what are we to expect as far as how the interview process is? I got invited for the 2nd round of interviews this Friday, and I want to prepare. Any insights? How long after the interview do they notify for offers?

Thank you. The HR told me that the paper work may take her about 3 weeks.

Has anyone heard back from Ben Taub? I interviewed last Tuesday and they said they'd get back to me in a week, but I still haven't heard anything!
